Choosing a Wedding Cake is not an Easy Thing

Everyone likes to prepare a wedding cake at a wedding ceremony. Choosing a wedding cake is not easy. Just like you choose wedding rings, you don't know whether to choose astronomical sphere ring or blue opal rings.

1. What flavor should you choose for your cake

I like chocolate, but what if my partner likes other flavors? When you have multiple choices, do you want to choose more? Today, bakers often mix cakes and fillings to make jams of different flavors to suit the tastes of couples and guests.

2. When do we cut the cake

Previously, cutting the cake was the last minute of reception to signal guests and welcome them home. Although it usually happens earlier today, the purpose of cutting cakes is exactly the same (especially for older guests). Nowadays, the cake is usually cut before dinner (before the dance), a "formal" event that passed by in the evening.

3. Do we need to provide extra desserts

Of course, nothing prevents you from making some changes. To make you even sweeter, ask your catering staff to put a truffle and chocolate-covered strawberry tray on each table as a snack, without a lot of cake.

4. Do we have to have a wedding cake

If you and your partner prefer fruit pie, donuts or cookies over cake, then these desserts may be great wedding desserts. Place them on a dining table or on a beautiful tray. Don't forget to share your first sweets with your new spouse.

Don't ignore dessert as some guests treat it as a meal. You can talk to your food service staff about arranging snacks after the main course and then match the sweets to the way you choose to end the night time to make it more personal. It's like you chose blue opal rings for your wedding ring.
